For some of us, the end of the year can be a time of personal reflection of the events that transpired throughout the year; a time to reflect on our performance, achievements and contributions. But more importantly, it is a time to reflect, appreciate and honor individuals who have helped make our personal successes a reality.

I remember the first time I received a call from Joe Poskin at PRIER Products, Inc. After hanging up the phone, I logged into PRIER’s website and read that the website had recently been updated by Nick Manning. I didn’t know either of them from Adam, but after reading the rich history of PRIER Products, I wanted to know more. My family has always been interested in our lineage and how we got to be who we are today. I feel like knowing PRIER’s past makes me a part of the family and a part of PRIER’s future.

At PRIER, we love to support Kansas City and foster a sense of community within the company. In fact, we have a committee dedicated to bringing everyone together in an effort to build comradery. So far this year, PRIER associates have gone bowling, created a company picnic at Longview Lake and attended a Royals game. This fall, we intend to keep the spirit going with a costume contest for Halloween and a traditional Thanksgiving feast.
