April 21, 2016 – Grandview, MO – PRIER Products is proud to announce the appointment of Lilly Fields as the General and Administrative Coordinator. Lilly will be responsible for HR, accounting, IT and building/maintenance while coordinating and tracking multiple projects in those areas. A typical day for Lilly may include processing payroll, hosting a company luncheon, purchasing supplies, sourcing a new copier and analyzing inventory cost variances.

"Lilly has an accounting education and a supply chain background which makes her uniquely qualified for the wide range of duties that fall under her job title. Her can do attitude is a necessity in our fast paced environment,” said Controller, Cindy Coats. 

Lilly grew up on her grandma’s farm two hours south of Kansas City and currently lives in Lee’s Summit with her husband and three daughters, ages 11, 8 and 7. Outside of PRIER, Lilly plays “taxi driver” to her daughters with the many activities they participate in. She and her family are all very active, outdoorsy and love to do physical activities together such as going on hikes, riding bikes, swimming in the pool during summer and walking their two giant fur babies around the neighborhood.

Currently, Lilly is working on continuing her education by earning an APICS certification to further her knowledge in production and inventory management. She has been a great addition and PRIER is thrilled to have her on our team.
