For me, I owe tremendous amounts of gratitude and thanks to the team at PRIER Products. Over the year, I have watched the team at PRIER contribute significantly to moving the needle in all aspects of the business and, I wanted to bring the circle back to some key folks. Customer service is something we all deal with in our daily lives, either on the end of receiving it or delivering it ourselves. I want to express my gratitude for Cheryl Landsman, Wendy Hintz and the awesome Customer Service team at PRIER Products for all the “extras” they do. To them, it is just the minimum expectation but it is very cathartic to see folks live the words and really want to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customers and each situation as they transpire.
Whether it is timely monthly reports, new product roll outs, fabulous promotional tools, or plain problem solving scenarios, all the folks who are the voice and ears of PRIER Products are there for us and have shown that together we all win. It is refreshing to talk to them when a situation happens and watch the ease at which solutions are found and implemented.
I just know as I reflect on the year, that we could not do it without the entire team at PRIER Products for keeping the vison present and moving.
