Throughout his 18 years of warehouse and operations management, and more recently five years of running his own mobile vehicle detailing business, Roger brings a deep understanding of how to manage the many moving parts of PRIER’s shipping team. His 25 years of coaching youth sports has shaped his leadership style, and it shows.
“Roger is a natural born leader who cares deeply about his team. He possesses a world class work ethic and comes to work every day with a great attitude and a smile on his face,” said Chris Poskin, Supply Chain Manager.
As the heartbeat of shipping operations, Roger manages the highest of priorities while ensuring even the smallest orders are sent out on time. “Roger was thrown right into the fire of PRIER’s peak season, but he did not waiver,” said Poskin. “He has quickly established a positive work environment that is centered around servicing our customers while having fun and building team chemistry”.
Roger brings the same level of passion for his work to Kansas City sports as well as the youth teams he coaches. He enjoys the quiet country life of Cleveland, MO with his wife and two sons, and loves nothing more than spending a day with them cheering on his favorite teams.
“I came to PRIER because I fell in love with the culture and the mission statement during the interview process,” he said. And just as quickly as he chose PRIER, he won the hearts of everyone here. We are incredibly fortunate to have Roger, who will no doubt make a lasting impact on his team and the entirety of PRIER.
