I have had enough experience in multiple industries such as health care, transportation and logistics, restaurant, and sales to know that every company is different. Not only is this the case with PRIER Products, but they are different in the best way possible with keen attention to every detail of their company. PRIER focuses on the quality of their products, their customer’s needs and making sure their associates are the best they can be. I have yet to run across a company who focuses on all of these variables while maintaining such a positive work environment at the same time, such as PRIER. When searching for a job after college, I was simply looking for somewhere to get my foot in the door in the field of marketing. What I have discovered with PRIER is they give their associates the tools to succeed, and WANT them to succeed.
The Bottom Line:
The training process has been flawless, PRIER’s products are indeed “Innovative, Reliable, Value, Built for Life,” the associates have been more than welcoming and are all considered family, and last but not least they have given me the tools to succeed at my job.
