This semester one of my classes is Total Quality Management and I realized, as the course progressed, that many of the tools and important parts of total quality were already being utilized at PRIER. Total quality is an approach to doing business that attempts to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through the continual improvement of the quality of its products, services, people, processes and environments. PRIER’s mission statement includes helping all partners become all they are meant to be inside and outside of PRIER. Part of this commitment is encouraging and helping partners continue their education. One of PRIER’s many employee perks is tuition reimbursement. This means, PRIER actively encourages and supports their employees to better themselves whether it’s business seminars or continuing their college education. I have worked for many companies over the years, and this is the first time I have been given this great opportunity. No matter how old you are, you can always continue to learn and grow.
